Good day to all you to be brides and grooms! I am a wedding planner based in Mumbai, India and am here to share tips and information on the Big Fat Indian Weddings. An abundance of colour, fun and energy is what Indian weddings are all about. There are also a number of significant rituals very specific to each community. Every Indian wedding is also surrounded by a number of pre wedding parties like the Mehendi, haldi, sangeet, cocktail and others. Indian weddings are not just a celebration of the coming together of two families, but the coming together of new or Western customs with traditions that are centuries old.
Having grown up in a family that has been in the wedding industry for years as well as a love for all things wedding related has led me to my job which I absolutely love!
